Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You may return unused, unopened, undamaged packaged converters, adapters and dual voltage appliances within 21 days of receipt. Please include original purchase receipt. Please e-mail customer service for a return authorization number prior to shipping.

You may return all other unused, unopened merchandise with original tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. Please include original purchase receipt. Please e-mail customer service for a return authorization number prior to shipping.

Refunds are issued when the merchandise has been processed. Usually within 48 hours. Travelu.us reserves the right to refuse refunds on merchanise that have not meet the above return policy.
