Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

  • Bargain Corner Items are Final Sale Items. No Refunds or Exchanges on these items.

  • You may return unused, unopened, undamaged packaged converters, adapters and dual voltage appliances within 21 days of receipt. Please include a copy of original purchase receipt. Please e-mail customer service for a return authorization number prior to shipping.

  • You may return all other unused, unopened merchandise with original tags still attached within 30 days of receipt. Please include a copy of original purchase receipt. Please e-mail customer service for a return authorization number prior to shipping.

  • Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days, when merchandise has been processed. Travelu.us reserves the right to refuse refunds on merchandise that have not meet the above return policy.

  • Shipping charges are non refundable.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. (See Return Policy).

  • Shipping Charges and Return Shipping Charges will be deducted from refund, if the shipment is refuse by customer.

  • Defective Items outside our Return Policy - Please refer to the Manufacturers Instruction Booklet and/or Hang Tag for Warranty Information regarding Defective Items. Please ship directly to the Manufacturer, with all requested information.

Unauthorized Returns:

  • Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. Please e-mail for a return authorization number to avoid restocking fees.
