Shipping Policy:

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation Monday through Friday. Drop ship orders, please allow 3-5 business days for manufacturer processing. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. (See Return Policy).

  • Out of Stock Items: We will notify you via e-mail on any out of stocks items and availablity of expected delivery.
  • All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS w/Delivery Confirmation. UPS Ground normally runs 5-7 Business Days. USPS Ground Delivery normally runs 7-10 Business Days.
  • Delivery to P.O.Boxes: USPS w/Delivery Confirmation Only.
  • We are not responsible for lost or miss delivered packages to P.O.Boxes.
  • Items that measure over 24" in any direction are shipped by dimensional weight with USPS and UPS Shipping.
  • Items being shipped by USPS weighing over 13oz MUST be shipped by USPS Parcel Post (Ground) or Priority Mail.

APO/FPO

Due to the restrictions: we cannot guarantee how long delivery will take on overseas deliveries. USPS only guarantees to the ship-out point within the US. Customs charge are the responsibility of the consumer.

  • Ship To Address, Billing Address of the of person list on the credit card, Phone Number and E-Mail Address.
  • Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and CVV Code. Products your ordering.
  • UPS Shipping or USPS w/Delivery Confirmation.

International Orders:

International shipping is now available to Canada via UPS Standard. All customs, dutys or any other related fees are the responsiblity of the consumer. Please allow 72 business hours for processing international orders in house, 3-5 business days for drop ship items from the manufacturer. All other international customers, please read below.

We will except international orders under the following conditions. Orders must be e-mailed to customerservice@travelu.us. We will e-mail you an invoice via Paypal Invoicing.Upon payment confirmation. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Ground Parcel w/Delivery Confirmation (Delivery class is depended upon which delivery class is available for the country we are shipping too). Delivery confirmation is required.

  • All orders will be processed through Paypal.

The following information is required by the State of California.

California Proposition 65 Warning:

This Store Sells Products that Contain Chemicals Known To The State of California To Cause Cancer, or Birth Defects or Other Reproductive Harm.

California's Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to special warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm, if those products expose consumers to such chemicals above certain threshold levels.

Travelu's Policy Related to CA Prop 65

Prop 65 stands for Proposition 65 and is a California law that requires consumers to be notified about the possible presence of listed chemicals in excess of specified levels in products sold in California. Chemicals included on the list are those which have been determined by a California state agency to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Currently the number of chemicals listed under Prop 65 is more than 800, with many new chemicals being added every year.

There are two ways a company is compliant with Prop 65 regulations:

  • 1. Test every component of every product for every production run against each of the 800 chemicals listed to ensure they are within the safe harbor limits. Additional, testing would be required each time new chemicals were added to the list. Travelu believes this to be impractical and cost-prohibitive.
  • 2. Place a Proposition 65, Safe Harbor Warning, on each of its products sold in the State of California. The wording of the label, specified by California law, is: “CA Prop 65 Warning: This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Travelu believes its products are safe when used as intended. However, in order to be compliant with California law, Travelu, along with many major manufacturer's and reseller's in industries ranging from electronics to sleepwear, has decided to place CA Prop 65 Warning labels on its products sold in the State of California. In order to minimize product costs and because we cannot always determine where a product will be sold or used, we have decided to mark all products sold in the State of California with the warning label.
